Depending on the goals and objectives of our customers, on the basis of the terms of reference for the design and taking into account the level of complexity of the object, the scope of filling the design project may change as agreed.

Design project (visualization and working documentation):
Price from 480 UAH/sq.m. ($12)*, no more than 3% of the project implementation budget.

2. Plan for the dismantling of partitions and utilities.
3. Plan of installation of partitions.
4. Plan for the arrangement of furniture and equipment with a specification.
5. Ceiling plan indicating the type of material used, individual nodes and sections.
6. Layout plan of electrical equipment with specification.
7. Layout plan for lighting fixtures and ceiling electrical equipment with specification.
8. Plan of switches indicating the inclusion of groups of lamps.
9. Plan for the placement of electrical outlets and electrical outlets.
10. Floor plan with material specification.
11. Plan of warm floors.
